Our residential properties are almost all located in economically prosperous metropolitan areas such as the Rhine-Main region, Berlin, Munich and Hanover. Our core portfolio consists of properties constructed in the 1960s, supplemented by listed older buildings and modern buildings from the 1990s in the Bauhaus style.

Creating new housing.

We create new housing wherever it is feasible and reasonable to do so. This takes the form of additional storeys, loft conversions or development projects in generously proportioned courtyards or open spaces.

Each property in its own right.

No one property is the same as the next. This is why we develop an individual strategy for every residential property we acquire, from energy-efficient renovation through to a suitable design concept and the renovation of the individual apartments. We always include the outside spaces in this process, as they are symbolic of the property and make an important contribution to residents’ well-being.
