Our core portfolio consists of properties constructed in the 1960s, supplemented by older listed buildings and modern buildings in the Bauhaus style dating back to the 1990s.

We create new housing wherever it is feasible and reasonable to do so. This takes the form of additional storeys, loft conversions or development projects in spacious courtyards and ample open spaces.

Each property in its own right.

No two properties are the same. That is why we develop a unique strategy for every residential property we acquire, from energy-efficient renovation through to a suitable design concept and the renovation of the individual apartments. We always include the outside spaces in this process. After all, they are the face of the property and they have a huge impact on residents’ well-being.
