Near the city yet surrounded by nature.

Built in the 1970s, the charming residential properties are situated in a quiet urban neighbourhood surrounded by generous green spaces with well-established trees. The 145 apartments have carefully designed floor plans featuring one, two, three or four rooms and a balcony. The properties and the external areas were extensively modernised in two phases between 2017 and 2020.

Turning old into new.

In addition to optimising energy consumption, the sophisticated modernisation concept was aimed at lowering ancillary costs thanks to a newly insulated façade and new windows. The design concept for the façade, the building entrances, the stairwells and the external areas used high-quality paints and materials such as glass and stainless steel.

The external facilities were comprehensively redesigned. A new children’s playground, more cycle racks and attractive seating make the area around the properties a great place to meet.

The first impression.

In addition to new flooring, letterboxes and front doors, the redesign of the entrance areas and stairwells included replacing glass blocks with large clear glass panels. This makes the inside of the building brighter and ensures a good first impression.

Light up the night.

To provide added security during the hours of darkness, a lighting concept has been developed and implemented for the external areas and communal areas, including the underground car park.
