Built in the 1970s, these charming residential properties are situated in a quiet urban neighbourhood surrounded by generous green spaces full of old trees. The 145 apartments have carefully designed floor plans featuring one, two, three or four rooms and a balcony. The properties and the external areas were fully modernised in two phases between 2017 and 2020.
Turning old into new.
The sophisticated modernisation concept optimised energy consumption and lowered additional charges with its newly insulated facade and new windows. The design concept for the facade, the building entrances, the stairwells and the external areas used high-quality paints and materials such as glass and stainless steel.
The first impression.
New flooring, letterboxes and front doors were added to the entrance areas and stairwells. And glass blocks were replaced with large clear glass panels to brighten up the inside of the building. That is the good first impression taken care of.
Light up the night.
A new lighting concept was developed and implemented for the external areas and communal areas, including the underground car park, to provide added security at night.
