DeWAG does not operate traditional retirement complexes with assisted living itself. We actually work in tandem with partners such as EVIM (Evangelischer Verein für Innere Mission).
The apartments in our retirement complexes have accessible floor plans depending on your needs. All properties have step-free access and have anti-slip rails in the bathrooms. Our fully accessible apartments have larger windows with lower parapets so that residents admire the view from the comfort of their seat.
