We invest in residential real estate across Germany, covering the entire housing spectrum including traditional rental housing, assisted and serviced living, and newly created residential spaces.

Our strategic asset management team looks at each property individually, taking into account structured data analysis and making regular in-person inspections. That’s how we deliver attractive housing that will see our residents into the future. It also means we can identify further potential for measures such as densification with a view to creating additional housing and ultimately generating value.
Sustainability is behind all that we do. And so we take responsibility for urban housing. We make sure we can keep it attractive for the generations to come. Or we make it attractive in the first place. Our sustainable asset management was recently awarded first place in the 2020 GRESB Rating for the most sustainable German residential portfolio.
