The loft has been fully renovated in consultation with the historic building authority. The four apartments under construction are designed to provide a new home for young families. Care is being taken to use environmentally friendly materials throughout the construction work.
Green space surrounds the residential property, providing a home for animal residents too. In line with the local preservation order, the loft conversion includes nesting sites for endangered sparrows.
