HELMUT BEYL, CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Helmut Beyl is chairman of the DeWAG management board. He is one of the founders of DeWAG. His career began in the banking sector, but he subsequently discovered his passion lay in the field of real estate. He has now been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. Before he founded DeWAG, he held a number of senior management and managing director positions.

MICHAEL HERZOG, MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Michael Herzog has been a member of the management board since July 2011 and is responsible for the technical project management, letting and sales. The graduate in business administration began his career in real estate in 2004 as asset manager at a DeWAG subsidiary, and held the position of vice president asset management from 2008.

DR. JOACHIM VON KLITZING, MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Dr. Joachim von Klitzing has been head of law and finance at DeWAG since the beginning of 2009, as well as a member of the DeWAG management board. After taking his degree in law and business administration, he held positions in real estate investment banking and real estate investment management. Before moving to DeWAG, he worked for US residential real estat company Archstone.

ROLF MORITZ WEBELER, MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Rolf Moritz Webeler was appointed member of the DeWAG management board in April 2012. The graduate in business administration and economy has been in the real estate business for 20 years. Before joining DeWAG he held several executive positions at IVG Immobilien AG.
